4. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on gbd99 is ৳500. We currently accept deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). There are no hidden charges on deposits. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳16,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• gbd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Every bonus has a set expiry period; expired bonuses are removed automatically.

6. VIP Program

The gbd99 VIP Program has four tiers. Progress through each tier is based on regular play volume and activity:

VIP cashback is credited to your account automatically at a set time each week. There are no wagering requirements on cashback.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

gbd99 believes in fair play. The outcome of every game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality. The use of any form of cheating, bots, or other automated software is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on events including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and others:

• Regular bets cannot be changed or cancelled after an event has started.
• If any discrepancy in a bet's outcome is found due to a technical error, gbd99 reserves the right to void those bets.
• If betting activity related to match-fixing or any other dishonest conduct is proven, the account will be closed.

7.3 Technical Errors

If any game or bet is affected by a technical error, network issue, or software bug, gbd99 may declare that session void and return the deposited amount if necessary. Claims for additional compensation in such circumstances are not accepted.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbd99 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software in games or betting.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Operating an account in the name of a minor or assisting minors in gaming.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to access or steal another user's account information.
